The protection of employee health cemented in German health and safety at work legislation is something we see as one of our core duties.

In the same way that our personnel are responsible for your security, we are responsible for theirs. It therefore goes without saying for us that they take part in training courses run by the relevant body, the employer's liability insurance association, and that we run internal training sessions on occupational health and safety.

This very high importance that we attribute to our employees' physical and psychological well-being makes them for their part more sensitive to this issue - something that they constantly reflect in the way they operate.
